HAMPI KARNATAKA RESTAURANT STYLE PEANUT CHUTNEY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- Roasted skinless peanut – ¾ cup
- Daria dal / roasted gram dal – ¼ cup
- Green chilli – 2 or as per taste
- Jeera – ¼ tsp
- Shallots – 3
- Garlic – 3
- Ginger – small piece
- Tamarind – a small piece
- Coriander leaves – 1 handful
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed to grinded
- To temper – 1 tbsp oil + ¾ tsp mustard seeds + few curry leaves
METHOD
Take all ingredients one by one and grind .
Now add required water and grind.
Grind thick and slightly coarse in texture.
Transfer to a serving bowl and temper it Serve with any south Indian breakfast items .
