HEALTHY BEETROOT cARROT RAITA RECIPE
HEALTHY BEETROOT CARROT RAITA / CARROT BEETROOT PACHADI
INGREDIENTS
- Fresh Curd – 1 or 1 1/2 cup cup [ chilled ]
- Finely grated carrot – ½ cup
- Grated beetroot – ½ cup
- Finely chopped green chilli – 1 or as per taste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 or 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion – ¼ cup
- Grated ginger – 1 tsp [ optional ]
- Chaat masala – ½ tsp
- Roasted jeera pwdr – ½ tsp
- Black salt / salt to taste
METHOD
Whisk the curd well , now add all other ingredients one by one and mix well .
Raita is ready to be served with any rice variety or parathas.
NOTES
- Instead of green chilli you can add red chilli pwdr or pepper pwdr .
- Serve it chilled.
- Add 1 tbsp of coarse peanut pwdr for crunchiness.
- You can also temper this raita .
