HEALTHY SUGARFREE DRY FRUITS ENERGY BAR RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- Soft medjool dates – 12
- Cashew / Almond / Walnut – 1 Cup
- Oats – ½ Cup
- Peanut Butter – ¼ Cup
- Desiccated Coconut – ½ Cup
- Chocolate Sauce / Dates Syrup / Honey /Maple Syrup / Water – 1 Or 2 Tbsp As Needed For Binding
- Thinly Sliced Dry Fruits For Garnish As Needed
TOPPING – Melt the chocolate with the peanut butter
Dark chocolate / milk chocolate / white chocolate – 100 grms
Peanut butter – 2 tbsp
- METHOD
Take the dry fruits in a mixie jar and grind .
Now add all the other ingredients one by one as shown in video and blend.
Transfer to a greased or lined tin and press it with a spatula as shown .
Refrigerate till it hardens a bit .
You can serve it like this or top it with a layer of any melted chocolate
Garnish with thinly sliced dry fruits .
Refrigerat again till it sets.
Once done , slice into any shapes.
Refrigerate and use.
