CRISPY JUICY CHICKEN FRY RECIPE
Southern fried chicken, also known simply as fried chicken, is a dish consisting of chicken pieces which have been coated in a seasoned and fried .The flours adds a crisp coating or crust to the exterior of the chicken while retaining juices in the meat. Broiler chickens are most commonly used.
The flavour of the dish can be attributed to indian spices used but the exact set of ingredients for the recipe can vary. It can be prepared using boneless or bone-in chicken and is usually served with onion and lemon garnish. Vegetarian can try with paneer or cauliflower .

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken boneless or with bones – 500 grms
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala pwdr – ½ tsp
- Red chilli pwdr – 3 to 4 tsp
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp
- Coriander jeera pwdr – 1 tsp
- Pepper pwdr – ½ tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Thick curd – 1 tbsp
- Corn flour – 3 to 4 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Tandoori food colour a pinch
- Salt to taste
