How to make sitaphal juice using mixie

CUSTARD APPLE JUICE IN MIXIE

Custard apple is one of the few fruits that contain a well-balanced ratio of potassium and sodium.

Custardapples contain anti-oxidants like Vitamin C, which helps to fight free radicalsin our body. It is also high in potassium and magnesium that protects our heartfrom cardiac disease.

INGREDIENTS

  • Ripen custard apple – 2 big
  • Chilled Water – 1 or 1 ½  depending on the consistency you want
  • Sugar as per taste or depends on the sweetness of fruit

METHOD

Scoop the flesh from the custard apple .

Pulse beat the flesh with seeds in a mixie jar with 1 cup of water . [ chk the video ]

[ just press the pulse button and release – repeat in 1 second gap ]

The seeds will be separated from the flesh .

Transfer this to a plate and discard all seeds .[see that not a single seed is left ]

Now again transfer the pulp [ without seeds]  to the mixie jar .

Blend again with little water and sugar as needed

Once done serve it
