PINK PANI PURI MADE WITH DRAGON FRUIT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- Pink dragon fruit peeled and chopped – 1
- Blackpepper pwdr – ½ tsp
- Black salt – 1 tbsp
- chaat masala – 1 tbsp
- Roasted jeera pwdr – 1 tbsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Fresh mint leaves – 1 cup
- Lemon juice – 3 or 4 tbsp
- Ginger – 1 small piece
- Green chilli – 4 or as per taste
- Jaggery / sugar – 3 tbsp
- water – 3 cups
- ice cubes as needed
METHOD
Grind coriander leaves + mint leaves + green chilli + ginger + dragon fruit into a fine puree by adding little water,
Strain the water and add rest of the spices one by one .Mix well
Add water and mix .
Adjust salt as needed.
Add few ice cubes .
Pani is ready .
For stuffing you can use ragda or aloo or boondi stuffing .

HOW TO MAKE ALOO STUFFING –
Take 4 mashed potato + ½ cup boiled kala chana OR moong sprouts + less salt + 2 tsp ready made pani puri masala + + finely chopped coriander leaves in a bowl. Mix well . [ we can add onion also ]
