PINK PANI PURI MADE WITH DRAGON FRUIT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Pink dragon fruit peeled and chopped – 1
  • Blackpepper pwdr – ½ tsp
  • Black salt – 1 tbsp
  • chaat masala – 1 tbsp
  • Roasted jeera pwdr – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Fresh mint leaves – 1 cup
  • Lemon juice – 3 or 4 tbsp
  • Ginger – 1 small piece
  • Green chilli – 4 or as per taste
  • Jaggery / sugar – 3 tbsp
  • water – 3 cups
  • ice cubes as needed

METHOD

Grind coriander leaves + mint leaves + green chilli + ginger + dragon fruit into a fine puree by adding little water,

Strain the water and add rest of the spices one by one .Mix well

Add water and mix .

Adjust salt as needed.

Add few ice cubes .

Pani is ready .

For stuffing you can use ragda or aloo or boondi  stuffing .

HOW TO MAKE ALOO STUFFING –

Take 4 mashed potato + ½ cup boiled kala chana OR moong sprouts +  less salt +  2 tsp ready made pani puri masala + + finely chopped coriander leaves  in a bowl. Mix well . [ we can add onion also ]
