Bhel puri
GILI BHEL PURI
INGREDIENTS
- Puffed rice / kurmura – 4 cup
- Very finely chopped onions – ½ cup
- Finely chopped onions – ¼ cup deseeded [not soft ]
- Boiled and cubed potatoes – ½ cup
- Very fine sev as required
- Papdis or pani puri’s poori crushed – as required
- Masala dal and roasted peanuts – 2 tbsp
- Very very finely chopped raw mango – 2 or 3 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 3 tsp
- Very finely chopped coriander leaves as required
- Green chutney – 3 tbsp or as required
- Sweet chutney – 8 tbsp or as req
- Garlic chutney – 1 tbsp
PREPARATION
- If the kurmura is not crisp – stir and dry roast it for sometime in a pan and let it cool.[don’t brown it ]
- Keep everything ready before you assemble.
- GREEN CHUTNEY – grind 1 cup coriander leaves + ¼ mint leaves + green chilli + roasted jeera pwdr + kala namak +small piece of ginger + 1 tsp lemon juice .

METHOD
Take the puff rice and all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix it well.
Then add the wet ingredients mix well.
Garnish with broken papdi + coriander leaves + masala dal + fine sev .
Serve with papdi immediately or it will become soggy.
NOTES
- Adjust all the ingredients as per your taste.
- U can also add sprouts
