CHINESE GRILLED PANEER

INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer cubes – 300 grms
  • Capsicum / tomato onion cubes – as needed
  • Minced garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce – 2 tsp
  • Chilli sauce –  2 tsp
  • Ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • Oregano / mixed herbs – 1 tsp
  • Pepper pwdr – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp

METHOD

Make the marinade following the video.

Add in the paneer + capsicum + onion + tomato and give a nice mix.

Cover and keep aside for 10 mins.

Take a skewer and arrange paneer, onion , peppers and tomato on a skewer, alternating with each other.

Lightly brush a tawa with oil.

When the tawa is hot, place the tikka skewers on it.

Grill until juices run clear, about 2 to 3  minutes on each side.

For the char perfection, place roasted tikka on a papad roaster, and let it cook for 1 minute on each side. ( You can also put it over direct flame for 30 seconds on each side.)
