SWEET CORN CHILLA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Grated sweet corn -1 cup
  • Besan – 1 cup
  • Rava – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic green chilli paste – 2 tsp
  • Grated carrot – ¼ cup
  • Finely chopped onion – ¼ cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum – ¼ cup
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves – 2 or 3 tbsp
  • Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli pwdr – ½ tsp.
  • Turmeric – a pinch
  • Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
  • Ajwain – ¼ tsp
  • Amchur pwdr – ¼ tsp [ optional ]
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking soda – a pinch
  • Oil or ghee to drizzle as needed

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients with enough water till you get the consistency of thick dosa batter .

Heat  a non stick frying pan on medium high flame.

Wipe it with a wet cloth .

Pour a ladle of the batter and spread it to form small pancakes .

Once spread , reduce the flame to medium .

Drizzle little oil or ghee and cook till it the bottom turns light golden.

Flip on the other side and cook for sometime till both the sides are crisp and light golden in colour .

Serve it hot with any chutney or sauce.
